How to join novice network

Hello, new player here, just started like 3 days ago, wanna ask, how do i join novice network? I have some questions and getting tired of researching youtube and other guides.

A mentor has to add you to the channel. Shout for an invite in one of the starting cities.

There are some things for which guides are better suited, though. NN is great for quick questions and short discussions of specific mechanics, but don't expect mentors to rehash complete topics for which there are guides.

If you are a New Adventurer, or a Returner (someone who hasn't played for a set amount of time) you'll get invited to the Novice Network right away, but if not, you have to seek out a Mentor and be invited to the Novice Network.

You might get much more of what exactly you are looking for from those Youtube guides and here at the Forums; while the Novice Network is "supposed" to be a helpful place; and it usually is, but your mileage may vary depending on your server, so I hope you find what you are looking for.

These are the Mentor crown icon's you'll want to look for when perhaps asking to join the Novice Network.

You won't be invited to the novice network automatically anymore, because this used to invite bots, so mentors (with a crown icon) need to invite you. You can ask one for an invite (some people ask in /shout at a city).

Recently, the novice networks have got 4-8 times as many sprouts in as normal and are completely full on new players, so the mentor may have to try multiple times to invite you until a sprout logs off.

And of course, you can ask questions here as well and someone will usually have the right answer. It just wont be quite as quick.
