I've been having issues when playing ffxiv on my ps5 where I play normally with just a controller and it's totally fine. Recently I've been using my keyboard (Razer ornata v2) to help me communicate better when in parties or dungeons or talking in general.

However, whenever I plug in my keyboard into the PS5 it freezes and crashes my game completely and it has been happening all last and this week with the constant error code of CE-108225-1. It always tends to happen whenever im in said parties or dungeons, even when solo.

I tried contacting square enix's number and customer support through email and get nothing, not even a reply.

So decided to go to reddit where I find out that it may be because and I quote, "the keyboard is exposing a HID device that the PS5 should arguably be filtering out, probably for RGB capabilities. Until sony issues a compatibility update, you're out of luck."

So i thought maybe I should buy another keyboard, which i did. (Logitech G413 Silver) it did a bit better at first but still came to the same unfortunate conclusion. I dont know if it's Sony or square Enix or both that needs to fix the issue, but I'm running out of options.

Edit: Keyboards work fine with any other game besides ffxiv

Attempts:
1.) Deleting and downloading the game again.
2.) Restarted the PS5 in general.
3.) Checked the keyboard compatibility list for PS5.
4.) Checked functionality for both keyboards.
5.) Switch USB ports use to keyboards.
6.) Updated both console and application (Final Fantasy XIV) as well.
7.) Called sony with no clear answer.
8.) Tried contacting Square Enix Customer Support through email and phone with no answer.
9.) Check Wifi stability.

This page is pretty much my last resort.
