The new bed animations

Bed animations were a very nice touch for this patch. And best of all, I can store my reindeer suit in my armoire so I can wear it to bed.

The Echo could let you see something you've never known before without ever having experienced it firsthand.

but the Echo was used to see just slightly into the past only from what I can remember. I think this is nightmare not echo -- but I see why you are saying it now that I read the post you quoted

There's something else to the Echo you're all forgetting... you're already in contact with the person you're using the Echo on.

Garuda(Hard?) or easy, I have yet to due either still. if its easy mode I beieve more here would mention it. I am not good at checking what people have completed. so the two people who mentioned getting the dream can you tell if they have completed Garuda on hard? sorry for my incompetence on that matter.

if not you, can someone check the two people seeing if they beat her on hard?

I was referring to the easy fight, and I'm convinced it's a requirement now, since I just had the same nightmare.

That's the LS mate I mentioned earlier He did sleep from 2am-12pm. Probably it's the GC mission with the machina that's related. We'll find out.

I received the nightmare cut scene before finishing the Machina quest at the end of the Primary Story Arc.
I don't believe there is any other per-requisite besides going to sleep for an extended period of time in an inn bedroom.
