    Is it just me or has every video I've seen of the cutscene been in Gridania?

    I received the nightmare cut scene before finishing the Machina quest at the end of the Primary Story Arc.
    I don't believe there is any other per-requisite besides going to sleep for an extended period of time in an inn bedroom.
