Any of the melee roles that bring some utility to the group? Im aware BRD and DNC are the "utility" dps roles but there might one of the melee roles that brings a bit more group util over any other role.

Any of the melee except for Samurai bring some variant of utility. In the case of NIN and MNK, they both give a 5% buff to dps, both 60s and 90s respectively, while DRG gives a 5% damage boost with its tether to one person of your choice, and extra crit to everyone in the form of Battle Litany.

Monk also has Mantra, an AoE buff that increases healing received--a situational form of defensive utility that has honestly been one of the more interesting things in Monk's toolkit (that's saying something, unfortunately).
