    Tracking Tickets?

    So I submitted a ticket last night but forgot to note the ticket number. Just now I got an email acknowledging they received my ticket but not listing it's number. Went looking to see it listed on my account, but I can't seem to find it. Is there ANY way to actually track it?

    I ask because my experience elsewhere (he he) is that is how I can actually send images so they know for sure I am not just blowing smoke.

    If you submitted it out of the game, the number should be in the subject in brackets when they reply to it. If it's not, you could try just sending a second ticket to add information. I don't know if replying directly would work but I don't think the address includes "no-reply" like most companies.

    If you submitted it in the game, there is a history tab to track it and the replies and you add information either by replying to it or submitted another one. What they will do is just append the information to it.

    First I tried in-game and the only option I kinda saw was "bug report" where they were clear they will not lift a finger but "pass it to the dev team." So I made it via mogstation.

    I see other inquiries I have made were replied with ticket numbers, but oddly enough, not this one. I could be wrong, but I don't think one can send any images via that avenue. And yeah, it was an auto message with the no-reply warning. Praying a GM does respond to see whether they will simply fix it or allowing me to send actual proof...

    What I discovered is that if you look at the FAQ menu and find the subject that is most relevant, the FAQ allows you to send a ticket with information relating to that subject. It's not very intuitive because you think to click the Contact tab to contact them and that tab gives you the impression there isn't much support available except for harassment.

    For a picture you could just upload to imgur and link it.
