You can't help people who don't want to be helped, elitism has nothing to do with it, hopefully you become more openminded in life.
The very notion that there's poeple who "are so hyper bad ultra noobs that facepull and never improve and keep dying with 20 seconds" is an elitist one by itself created specifically to make the person using it feel like they are above others often due to self esteem reason.

Vast vast majority of players, even average ones in most mmorpgs I ve played are not so ultra bad and hopeless like elitists love to say, most people learn from their mistakes and with mechanics such as the echo an extreme trial will be defeated after a few wipes, the people who are completely clueless rarely que for higher content but elitists keep pretending as if a few wipes are literally the end of the world and jump out because god forbid they dont have a quick efficient roflstomp to get their rewards and leave.

This is what it truly comes out to, Mentors and typical elitists feel so entitled to rewards that they believe anything other than a hyper efficient quick run is literally the worst thing to happen to them and start complaining about those ultra noobs ruining their run by not being efficient, truly 1st world problems.

So i absolutely hope they remove rewards from mentors because Mentors should become mentors to mentor, not for the rewards and titles.
