Remove Extremes from Mentor Roulette

Unfortunately this is a uniquely western problem so it's not going to be fixed. Japanese players can queue in DF for extremes and will manage to clear.

Really speaks more about the community and cultural expectations about how to play the game than anything else

only the ones in Raid finder or easy fights like Garuda,Shiva or Ravana get clears
most mentors (even jp mentors) will ditch or sandbag to not get through
its the same everywhere
