Remove Extremes from Mentor Roulette

I don't think he even knows what mentor roulette is since he thinks we're queueing for extremes in duty finder. Just give him his straw, he'll quiet down.

Also something you and ralph are missing is that it's not that players don't improve it's that they're already gone after having failed one extreme and have moved on.
The reason you're getting put into an extreme from mentor roulette is because of someone new. There's a new kid on the block now so the circle of suffering anews.
And it's those people who either are facepullers or simply aren't ready for extreme.
