Turnaround time on technical ticket issues

This isn't a complaint but I'm just wondering how long is the average turnaround time for technical ticket issues.

If it's weeks then I will pause my sub for now until it's resolved as my current issue literally doesn't let me play.

My ticket number is 16923619

Basically my ID is not working when I sign in. I've gone through all the guides, suggestions and advice from the great community but generally my ID is not being accepted.
It means I can't get into play the game.

.....really missing the game lol.
