Are they really adding cross-data center visit?

I couldn't find official confirmation either but I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I don't expect cross-region DC visit to be a thing, because I have a feeling japanese players don't want people from other regions visiting their DC.

YoshiP announced it last week on the 14-hour broadcast LL. It is region only to start, which makes total sense get everything working inside the current data center building before shipping toons down the oceanic pipes.
