Bots in-game (Unsure of sub-forum, let me know if it's wrong)

I have gathered a few screenshots, and reported a bunch of bots hacking the game (warping, breaking out of bounds to hide themselves as they talk to NPCs, though you can still see their names through the textures sometimes) but received no response indicating that these are being handled in any manner. I'm not sure if the tickets are supposed to be "replied to" in a way where I can check if they were even read, but I love the game and would love to help make it better and right now I feel like none of the actions I've taken to report have even been taken into consideration...

Of course, there are millions playing the game right now, I can't expect a fast response or action, but I think I'd like to know if the reports are working.

Could be that I don't know how it works though, in such case I'd be happy if I could be enlightened!

You wont get any specific/direct response back regarding bot reporting. SE just passes it to the relevant team to build evidence used in mass-bannings.

They typically do mass bans every few months, often it's announced in the news section on the launcher. Keep reporting.
