My ID is not being accepted.

Help!! Pllleeassee!

So Friday night I attempted to log into FF and had the error message 'ID or Password is incorrect'.
Tried a few times and found myself locked out. I changed my password when I was finally allowed to try again and attempted to log in again, still the same message.
I kept trying for another 30 minutes before giving up and calling it a night.
Saturday morning I started fresh and tried to log in.
Before trying though, I pre-empted any issues and reset the password and logged into my mogstation to ensure I was using the correct ID.....which I am.
It's still coming up with the same message.

Any advice/guidance?

NOTE - from other advice I've received to try and resolve the problem:-

- The SE ID on mogstation is the same as the one I am attempting to log in with.

- I do have the one time password app activated. I have attempted to log in with attempts using and NOT using the one time password at the game log in screen.

- I have ensured the ID and password are entered with the correct upper & lower case letters.
