Raubahn refers to the player as Sergeant Third Class <Surname>. Generally with titles like these, the given name is used. For the Company NPCs, this seems to be the case, so this stuck out a bit to me.

Hrm... That might be weird but- Take it from an actual sergeant, it's pretty common to be reffered to by your surname rather than your given name, and that might be what's going on.
Actually, I noticed when doing a grand company quest they referred to my by my rank and surname, with my given name nowhere to be found.
Actually, we try to make an effort to always use the surnames with ranks, so this is not a bug. If you are seeing instances of rank followed by given names, however, please feel free to report those!
