Part of the issue here is that they roll credits as the X.0 patch ends... people will say "I've finished it." However, there are several patches AFTER the x.0 one ends... and there can be quite a few of them... each of them add more MSQs so it takes a while to play through. I don't consider someone "finished" with an xpac until they get the quests in the next xpac... but not all share my view!
