My tool of choice for such things is jisho.org. Search a meaningful kanji, search for names with that kanji, and done. For people less familiar with the language, I recommend this method to avoid accidentally using sounds that don't exist in Japanese (you've probably seen these people in DF).

Fair warning that it's trendy these days to give kids kanji names with only-slightly-related English readings (like "Stella" or "Tiara"), as you will see if you click the above link.
