Where is the node for Brimstone? EVERY website is FALSE!!

That includes the official Final Fantasy XIV website. That is false as well! Every website including the official Final Fantasy XIV website claims that brimstone is in Upper La Noscea at 12.7, 25.9, but NOTHING could be further from the truth!

The ONLY things that I can mine from there is Fire Rock, Earth Shard, Water Rock, and Lightning Rock. NO brimstone!

Also the nodes there are ONLY level 25, EVERY website including the official website says that area are level 30 nodes.

My miner is level 32 so I SHOULD be able to see the nodes and I NEED the brimstone for Grand Company turn ins.

Where is the REAL place to mine brimstone?

I’m at those coordinates and surrounded by level 30 nodes. They are to the south of that area near the area exit to Western La Noscea.

EDIT: what happens when you Item Search for Brimstone in the Gathering Log? Can you click on Oakwood to bring up the map?

Brimestone can be found exactly where those websites say it can be found.
Fire Rocks, Water Rocks, and Lightning Rocks are only to be found a bit north of those coordinates, so if you are finding those you are at the wrong place.

I can see 4 x lvl 30 nodes from those coordinates without moving. I’m at a loss how the OP can’t work out even the most basic things with a little common sense or google. I’m pretty sure they are trolling considering the effort they put in to complaining over multiple websites and it never seems to be their fault. Spoiler, it’s always their fault.

Long before this point. I dont care how dense someone is, i dont think its possible to make it to level 32 as a gatherer without learning to use the level 3 and 5 abilities to find the nearest node and highest level node.
