Feature Suggestion: Link "Active Help" topic in chat

This would be a nice addition. I also think some of the Active Help entries need some revisions to be more accurate to the current state of the game.

For example, the entry on "Jobs" mentions "having limited actions to abilities from other classes" on page 2 which seems to refer to the now removed cross class actions.
The entry on "Role Actions" says that you only need to learn them on one job for all jobs in the role to use them which is incorrect. However, once learned on a job you do get to keep these actions when synced down which could be worth mentioning instead.
The "Armory Bonus" entry claims the exp bonus is bigger the larger the gap between your highest class and the class you are leveling. This is wrong information I've seen passed around a lot in game. It's a flat 100% for classes under 70 and 50% bonus past that for classes lower than your highest job.
The "Companion Skills" entry page 4 claims that learned actions for your companion chocobo cannot be undone. We now have Reagen Peppers to reset chocobo skills.
The "Rival Wings" entry talks about Astragalos, a map that has been locked for over a year now with no news on when it's coming back. It should probably be changed to Hidden Gorge, or not mention a specific map at all.
