Where is the new bow (Sarnga) ?

Has anyone verified in game (by crafting an item and seeing the stats) that these can only be used by your class and not your job. when they say:

I don't think they meant it is only used by the class, Think they just meant 'we are only releasing these classes now, other classes will follow'

I guess its possible they are only used by class since job weapons are coming, but it doesn't say 'can only be used by classes, not jobs' Maybe a Dev could shed some light on this?

I'm thinking that all the weapons that existed before 1.21 are usable by all classes w/ their respective jobs. With the weapons we got in 1.22 (not counting the Garuda weapons), they seem to only list the class and not the job. Could be wrong on this though.
