    why can't i get spruce branches?

    i'm a 50 bot with pretty good gear
    've logged well over 100 times trying to get spruce branches at 9 ivies
    everyone around me is getting them (some with worse gear than mine)
    i've tried all the different spots
    and i still can't get a single spruce branch.

    Am i missing something? Do i need to complete some quest before i can start getting them?

    You sure your on the sweet spot, that gives you better chances of getting what you want, after that its mainly luck.
