But everyone else having to compromise on their play style in order to accommodate your wife's play style in pug groups and she never has to compromise is unfair to other players.
Your wife should be the one to compromise sometimes.
I suggest she compromises in dungeons as a start. Where her preferred style of play has the most negative impact to the ability to complete the content.
Now, if you use the PF to find a group that's willing to carry her, then go for it. She doesn't have to compromise because the others agreed to make up for her play style's short comings.
That is fine in a pug setting. It is up to the players to understand that is the content they are getting into. It is not her place to change because the content still gets done with how she plays. It is design to be done base off bad players.
