Sorry if I m unable to prove a point. I try to explain as good as possible.

In a normal situation, you have 24 players who trying to do their best and clear CT as fast as possible.
You got 120 mins to clear CT. But thats not the minimum requirements, its just the time how long the instance can be open.

If I m playing as a healer (AST) and I only use my 2-3 healing-speels to keep the group alive, I would fall asleep. This is boring and not fun.
Why does SE give me cards and damage spells, when I dont use it? Why should I refuse to help other people, when I m able to do so?

Yes, the game and the devs doesnt force you to anything. But that can go in both ways. The point of "But the devs implemented that way" is therefore invalid.

Nobody can force players to "git gud". But it wouldnt hurt if they trying to improve by themselves.
