The game doesn't respond and music stops, have to Hard shutdown pc

Since i started playing the game i had this mayor issue that concerns me:
From time to time (could be 20 min into the game or 2 hours) the game music suddenly stops, or the animations glitches out, sometimes boths.. the problem is that since that happens i can't interact with anything, nothing responds to command, and i can't even logout of the game and neither Alt+f4, the task manager doesn't open so i have to hard shut down the pc and start anew.
I couldn't find any solution to the problem and is bugging me out

Win+Ctrl+Shift+B. It sounds like your graphic drivers are not responding, that command will force reload/refresh the drivers. You may want to run DDU in safe mode, and reinstall your graphics drivers.

Also check windows optional updates. There was a update released july 29th that helps fix some game related issues.

I will try to refresh the Graphic driver once i get this error again, but i already unistalled and reinstalled the graphic card drivers twice and the updates, even the optionals are up to date

Did you use DDU in safe mode though? DDU also removes registries that the built in installers may miss.

I noticed this post.
Unfortunately my gf had this same issue you're experiencing.
After tons of troubleshooting, we figured out she had a faulty RAM.
If you perhaps have a second pair of RAM sticks, try this.
This solved her issue with the exact same thing you're experiencing.

Thanks i''ll try the windows tool for the ram testing, so i can see if it is broken

MEM86 would be best If i recall correctly. run it for a few hours through an USB stick.

Check if Windows Update is not running in the background while you play and causing 100% disk usage. There was a faulty update sometime around June that caused this to happen.
