Limited Jobs did sound nice on paper, but I have no interest in a job/class which you cant use in PF/DF or even raids. Waste of time and resources.

let make some suggest for bst and blu and future limit jobs first add ideals
squardon for limit jobs plus each blu has 20% chance to gain the spell this point if you have 4 blue mage you have 80% chance to get the spell. Artifacts for limit jobs
....You do know Blue mage can use Party finder right? They've been able to use party finder since inception to set up spell finder parties and to do duties. It just cant use duty finder since they can't guarantee that the blue mage who's queuing has all the spells.

Using them with squadrons, and when they get to that point in leveling, the Trusts, would be fun I think. I'd also let them into the deep dungeons. Adding both a BLU and a BST NPC option you could recruit for your squad might be cool too.
A relic weapon quest series for them could be pretty fun.
I'd make the limited jobs their own discipline too, Disciples of Knowledge or something, due to their desire to seek out new and crazy battle techniques.
I'd also add DoK gear that you can buy with tomes farmed from DoK activities, they'd all be able to wear it with the different pieces being better suited for tank/dps/heal/solo stuff.
Basically I'd make Blue Mage, Beastmaster and Puppetmaster into a piece of side battle content with its own gear, titles and mounts. Probably with its own duty finder too, although that'd require a lot of tweaking to set up in a way that's fair and not too easily abused.

As much as I'm down for a limited job Beast Master this is a keen point that has me reconsidering my opinion...I'm not even sure I would want BST in FFXIV because I don't think it's a very good fit for this games design. It really needs areas that are far too dangerous for other jobs to wander about solo, and the open world is too tame in FFXIV.
When I think back to the times I really enjoyed BST in FFXI I think of,
1. Solo leveling with charmed mobs when the job was completely shunned by parties. BST had it's own camps, it's own leveling area's, it's own version of the leveling grind that was unique to BST. Solo BLM on mob BST pets was similar, but different mobs and area's.
2. Soloing Dynamis after it got it's revamp, thf could /dnc and just about get away with it but BST excelled in there, especially as jug pets had become default by then and you could get TH1.
3 Soloing Abyssea, all of it. I did the cats, the zone bosses, almost everything on BST. It was especially fun if you teamed up with a SMN as the pet could tank and the summon could do the dmg. You needed a party of 6-8 people at that time to do what a BST could solo, and a BST SMN combo could destroy, it was fun.
I just can't see how any of that fits into FFXIV, and it's what I personally found fun and attractive about playing BST. It would be disappointing to me if they did introduce BST and it was just a melee version of SMN or even worse, a limited job.

there way around this
for example you make pet permit a feature ffxi want also have a seperate pet lvling bar as well the ability to learn pets ability in dungeons as well numorous different pet family other suggest i suggest is pet dungeon zones
hulkbreaker for beastmaster with open more area for beastmaster
antitower for puppetmaster
the sunken palace for blue mages
plus a limit jobs pvp arena games and arena title match aswell
