They've explicitly said they look at long, robust threads with lots of discussion for feedback. But MCH doesn't have this.

You say they're wrong?
You say there IS "enough feedback?"
Where is it?
Where is this "enough feedback?"
Searching for MCH threads I see almost none of them have double digit page counts, and the ones that do barely get over that.
Yeah, no, that isn't enough feedback.
And what's more, it's very scattered and difficult to track down, let alone sift through.

Sccraps of discussions don't make it to them.
People aren't asking them directly about MCH during Q&A.
Everything we have points to "yeah, they literally haven't seen our feedback."

If you wanna change that, if you wanna be heard, centralize your discussion with a megathread and stay constructive and on topic.

Otherwise you have no reason to complain that you aren't being heard when you're not taking the steps they've asked of you.

I'm sorry if I come off as rather aggressive.
it comes from the fact people generally create a new post regularly because "they dont see any other one" or first talk about another issues from mch. But the -lack- of things being discussed can explain a big problem too: the job isn't actually played outside of very casuals that play it only when they need a range or hunt.

I'll support this with some facts: mch is always in the top 3 .. from the bottom of the logged jobs on fflogs. Don't wanna use fflogs? There was a popularity poll on reddit "What job are you going to play at Endwalker now that we've seen the changes?", guess what position had mch? Dead last, with 2.36% of people planning on playing it which prove something big: people don't want to "main" mch as their first job. They will casually play it if they need a dps or for the ease of it, don't really know what to do but who cares and that's it, which is linked to why the "amount" of feedback is low. (brd and dnc were 3rd and 6th from the bottom too, which proves a big problem with ranged in general)
