Why is the game lying to me during character creation? said accepting new but isn't

I went and created a character. I selected Behemoth as the world which on the side, it says "This world is accepting new characters"

Which is 100% false and total BS. After I inputted a name for the character, then it said that it was NOT accepting new characters! When it said that it was accepting new characters, and allowed me to pick the world, it was a flat out lie! Behemoth is NOT accepting new characters, it ONLY said so when I selected the world as a home world JUST to say that the world is NOT after I created the name.

It is very ridiculous that the developers programmed this "lie" into the game. If Behemoth was not accepting new characters, I SHOULD NOT be able to even select the world to begin with. It was ALWAYS like that. But apparently they stuck this lie into one of their updates.

I could not select half the worlds as it is but the ONE World that WAS selectable was the one world that is not accepting new characters despite the fact that it SAID it WAS.

What is the point of adding this BS in with an update?

You are quick to call things lies when nearly all the time it is merely your own ignorance which is in play.

Which worlds accept new characters can change very quickly.
It is perfectly possible that a given world was accepting new characters when you chose the world, but by the time you had finished inputting the character name it was no longer accepting new characters.
No lies, just changing circumstances.

Once again you missed the Update (refresh) button when selecting worlds. Just because you can’t figure it out and missed the giant refresh icon next to the tick, SE is to blame. Good to see you are not swearing in your posts although it would have been funny to see you get banned for your temper tantrums.

Just refresh every 3 minutes and try again or try at off peak times like the rest of us. So long as the server is not locked (check the Lodestone) you will get in.
