To whom this may concern,

Hello! I am an avid gatherer in endgame XIV and I have noticed that there is a location in the game that is particularly annoying to gather in that can easily be avoided for the future.

In the Raktika Greatwood (X 25.6, Y 22.6), I like to regularly gather some 'Sweet Alyssum'. After finishing a node, I tend to use 'Arbor Call' to find the closest node to me so that I can gather some more 'Sweet Alyssum' efficiently. This works well in all other areas of the game besides this one area of the game.

There is an avoidable issue in that when I sometimes use 'Arbor Call' it will direct me to a completely different group of nodes at (X 26.9, Y 21.8) which does not supply some 'Sweet Alyssum'. It is a very annoying area in the game to gather because I am unable to properly sit back and relax with my controller and watch a show, as I always have to keep my eyes on FFXIV to see if I am gathering the correct node or not in this area. I don't think that it is fair to have to use 'Arbor Call II' just for this one particular part in the game when I don't have to anywhere else, it ruins immersion IMO.

For future (e.g Endwalker), I think it would be great if you guys could keep an eye on how far apart you space some gathering node groups. So for example, just move the 'Sweet Alyssum' group of nodes slightly a little more down on the map so that I don't come across this issue I am having so often.

Love your guys' game, it's my favourite game of all time and I love the dev team. Just wanted to show some support on maybe a hidden general inconvenience issue that you may not know about.

Keep up the good work,

SydNova
