It says no longer can obtain. So how do you craft skybuilder's items. Like the Skybuilders' Bed. If you can't craft them anymore they should be remove them from the crafting log.

The recipes from the first 3 phases were left in the log for those players that had obtained the materials prior to their removal from the gathering nodes but never used them. The recipes are still good for getting XP but near useless for getting Skybuilders' Scrip. Occasionally you can find some of the old materials listed on the MB but it's not worth buying them.

The recipes you want to be using are the Grade 4 recipes. Those materials can still be gathered in Diadem. If for some reason the Grade 4 recipes don't appear in your crafting log under Ishgardian Restoration - Phase 4, try speaking with Potkin at the Firmament to see if he'll refresh the list in your crafting log.

In addition, the materials for the Grade 2 and 3 Expert recipes can also still be gathered from Diadem. SE left those on the Diadem nodes because they're needed to complete certain crafting and gathering achievements related to Phase 2 and 3 of the Restoration.
