DX11.exe errors that I cannot fix, been stumped for months

Yeah I've made sure the icon is red for the discord overlay, here's the error that I usually get:

These are the same ones I've been getting since today after patching my game. I can't figure out what it is for the life of me, but I'll keep trying and combing through these forums, I suppose. DX11 is the bane of my existence, I swear!
