Relic weapon glow only in combat stance. Why?

Why is it that the relic weapons only glow in combat stance and not when it is on the back? I mean working hard to get a relic and not to see the shiny new relics glow, but only in combat stance. Am I the only one who thinks this should be changed? What do you think guys?

if you want you can Macro to force the glow while weapon is sheathed.

I would like a Toggle glow setting in general
some weapons look better without the glow but have no variant like Anemos and Anima weapons
