Disable audio /visual notifications during opening scene after new character creation

Steps:
1. Create a new character and start the introductory cut scene
2. Receive friend requests or in-game messages
3. Notifications pop up and audio alerts disrupt the viewing of the introductory cut scene
4. There are 12 minutes of cutscenes before the player is given the opportunity to engage /busy mode to prevent the notifications from constantly occuring.

The user experience designers could not have intended the opening experience to be visually and audibly interrupted without giving the player any control to disable the distracting experience.
