Hi everyone! As long as it's okay, I wanted to share a discord I founded that currently helps with housing on Aether and Crystal. It's called Sadu Dothpawrl's Housing Alerts. We call out open plots when we see them, and encourage and support people trying to buy them. For those not on Aether nor Crystal, we also have a housing showcase gallery and tips for buying houses and decorating them. While we allow people to offer relocation spots for gil, we have strict pricing guidelines in place to prevent gouging.
