In alll seriousness tho, the trust's AI is just not sophisticated enough to handle the usual ex trials and savages mechanics, let alone to adjust to million different variables that might occur during the course of an encounter. How are they gonna make the AI prioritize things?
It will affect how they design a trial and their creativity with the AI limitation.
