DirectX Crashing

I am also experiencing this DirectX 11 Error (11000002) and it happens randomly, I could be doing nothing and it just happens or I could be doing a Dungeon or anything, even watching a Cut Scene on say MSQ Dungeon or MSQ in general.

It doesn't happen every day but it can happen more than once and it's annoying.

This never happened before on my old PC back during Heavensward and Stormblood and even now on v5.5, which has now been completely reinstalled for my Girlfriend and has no issues at all.

Intel i7 4930K
16GB RAM
Nvidia 1070
1TB SSD
I don't remember the rest for it but it still runs a lot of high end games no problem.

While my new PC has this issue and yet no problems on any other games.

AMD R9 5900X
2x32GB RAM @ 3200Mhz
ASUS RX 6900XT Gaming OC 16GB
1TB NvME SSD for OS and some small games
2TB NvME SSD for big games (this is where my FFXIV is)

Both PCs have also been used on x3 22" Monitors at 1440p ressolution with 144hz and even my new 32" 1440p ressolution with 240hz.

I did have an older Driver and kept doing the AMD Report option and then updated to the newest Driver and yet still this issue continues and again reported on AMDs report option when it crashes. My current Driver now is 21.6.1, updating to latest will do nothing.

I have googled for lots of different options some of which I tried and nothing helped or changed, while others I refuse to do as I do not intend to underclock my GPU or mess with things that do not need to be touched to solve something as simple as this.

I have no other ideas as to what can solve this as all the things that I googled did work for some people but not others and from what I saw lots of people have this issue both Nvidia and AMD.

Please can you look into this as this only happens with your Game and I love this game but this issue has been going on for months now and so many people as you can see have this issue.
