DirectX Crashing

I have a weird question, do you guys watch stream / video content while playing? Do you use Hardware Acceleration if so? Come across a weird issue with possibly just Edge and Hardware Acceleration being turned off.

eg: If we were to load a Twitch stream on Edge before loading FF14, FF14 would crash in about 10-15mins, with either FF14_DX11 error or a Nvidia .dll error.
If we loaded FF14 BEFORE loading a twitch stream the game could run for hours without issue, i'm gonna say about 4-5 hours of crash free gameplay in the same areas where it would previously crash.

After turning ON Hardware Acceleration in Edge we were able to load a Stream before FF14 without it crashing for hours.

It's weird but, yeah it's possible fix info.

Edit: Scrap that hardware Acceleration thing, game just crashed after a couple hours.
