Missing Earned Legacy Titles

Steps:
1. Opening my Achievements menu shows several Legacy (category) achievements I have earned, along with the corresponding titles. The achievements/titles I have earned all show as obtained/claimed.
2. Opening my Character menu, then Titles menu, shows that many of the Legacy titles I earned (and show on the Achievements list as obtained) are not selectable in this menu.

4. I have included a list of titles I do have access to, as well as a list of titles I do not have access to below.

I earned many Legacy titles during my time playing 1.x, including very difficult titles to obtain (Notorious Monster Hunter and The Wanderer's Shadow). My Achievements menu shows these Legacy (category) achievements/titles as obtained, but I cannot select all of the earned titles in the titles menu.

The ones I CAN use are:

I scroll through the achievements I'm missing to prove I have earned them, and then I scroll through all of my titles to prove I don't have the titles.

I have seen people post about this many, many times. I have personally posted on these threads, too. But as far as I'm aware, there has never been any official resolution. I saw someone recently post about this, but their post was flagged as having insufficient information. This is why I'm trying to be exhaustive with the details I provide. Please, please, please.... I worked very hard on these achievements almost a decade ago. I'd love to wear them proudly today, especially Notorious Monster Hunter and The Wanderer's Shadow. Thank you.
