It could be a software issue, try to check that first.

And I use the Razer Leviathan and I love it, sometimes I even mistake sounds from the game for sounds in my room:

That said, it does come with a subwoofer, if you're not interested cause of that then maybe you could try the Razer Nommo? I researched it well when I had to choose between the two and it also has good reviews.
