    Not sure if this is with all dungeons, but all the levelling dungeons I have played already does this. You get a class specific gear at the end of the dungeon put directly in your inventory. The game gives you a piece you are not currently holding on your person, and for the job you are currently running.

    Yes, it's only for levelling dungeons. For endgame ones, it's all about RNG and luck
