Game keeps crashing/wont let install

Hey i played the Free trial version of FFXIV and everything was fine.
When i decided to get the Complete Edition and tried to install the game it always stops installing with the Error: [11006], [20641], [20643].
I could always restart the Installation and it slowly progressed but when it was finally finished i kept crashing after 5-20 minutes of playin(Directx errors) so i decided to reinstall the game... Same issue. After that i decided to Reset my whole PC to its factory settings.
And when i tried to Install the game again... Same issue i keep getting those Installation failed errors. I allready too reinstall and update all my drivers, to use a VPN, I turned off my Firewall and my Antivirus, i Reinstalled the game Several times. I really dont know what to do i just want to play the game :/
Maybe something is wrong with the version of the game i bought i have no clue...

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps for the crashing issue:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
6) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
7) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

For the installation errors, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
- Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

-Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

- Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:

Hey i managed to fix the problem i installed DDU and i deinstalled all of my GPU drivers + DX (In safety mode) then i reinstalled everything again. The Installation still had problems but the game didnt crashed since that.
