Yah. Then the people who can no longer win anymore quit, the playerbase shrinks, the gap gets even wider, more of the people who can't win quit, the playerbase becomes tiny, only the winners remain. People complain that nobody wants to play PvP and start asking why :SBut that's the thing, World PVP is only fair at the very beginning. Only the winners are rewarded for their effort. And they are rewarded with more power better gear, more exp, higher level. That increases the gap between winners and losers, between new players and old players.
Matches are never a fair playing field and that is what ultimately ends up breaking the system.
In pvp matches like we have, the gear is equalized, the skills are "balanced", the teams have equal number of participants so as to ensure an equal playing field.
You might find that boring, and you may not be wrong, but its the best solution to make the matches attractive to the average player.
If a player believes the game is lost from the beginning, why would they try to even compete? To serve as target practice to others?
