    I wonder how much work it would be to turn on pvp skills all zones? Next if the skill part isn't hard what would one new server really matter? If we have cross data centre visiting coming we are talking three new servers globally. If the skill thing isn't an issue I can't imagine the server cost being an issue. Nothing truly relevant happens open world.



    It feels like an easy pretend win for SE to me. People get open world PvP in their own little box and the rest of the player base never even has to think about it.
