If you truly believe in your argument then have the force to back it up.

There is no reason that being able to beat someone in a video game makes you "right" unless the argument is over say "which build of paladin is better for PVP".

Furthermore, yes it would improve player relations immensely and really build a sense of community or risk being a target because of your actions.

So we should have people acquiescing to player enforced standards. Fearing mob griefing if they don't play the game how other people want?

All that being said, as I mentioned in a previous post, I would be fine with some restrictions.

Any restriction I would want implemented would remove all your reasons for having it.
