All dungeons are designed to be able to be done blind, without prior knowledge. You may mess things up and occasionally you may die, but they are easy enough that one experienced player can carry the other 3 through the dungeon.

Dungeons are designed to not have many mechanics that kill you in isolation because they are for the story quests and they don't want them to prevent you progressing. They are designed for very casual players that are not necessarily any good at the game.

You can lookup a guide so that you know of any rare one-hit mechanics, but guides tend to over-complicate it. They will spend 5 minutes showing diagrams explaining mechanics that last a split second - that, in practice, are obvious and easy. Seeing these complicated diagrams can give you more anxiety than you had before watching the guide.

Dungeons don't really get harder, but they do get more beautiful and more fun.
