Not every dungeon in ARR was wall to wall friendly, SPECIALLY when ARR was current.

Iirc it was really Brayflox HM where wall to walling became popular--or at least, that's about as far as my friends and I were (Brayflox farming for tomes for relic) when that became a thing in my cognitive sphere.
