Game crashes when entering cutscene

Hello!
I am currently experiencing a certain problem on my character: When I try to enter the Sigmaspace1 raid, the game tries to put me into a cutscene and promptly crashes before I can see anything happening. Whenever I try to log into that character again the game crashes at the end of the loading screen. I've had the very same problem earlier when I tried to enter the Prima Vista Tiring Room for the first time (with a cutscene). During that time, I could switch to DirectX 9 which let me enter the zone but had a lot of missing textures. The only thing that fixed that issue was reinstalling the game (after which I could continue to play until now...).

I have tried many things so far, including switching from DirectX11 to 9, repairing/restoring DirectX files, cleaning registry with CCleaner and resetting all configuration settings for the game - none of which worked. I will try to reinstall the game overnight and see if that helps again but I would not want having to do that every time this happens again.

Here's the image on imgur. I hope it works this time, I'm not really experienced when it comes to uploading pictures haha. I'm not even sure if the information is particularly helpful or important. From what I've read that's a pretty generic error message. Thanks for the quick reply!

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
6) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
7) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
8) Install Windows and FINAL FANTASY XIV onto the same drive (preferably the C:/ drive if possible)
