Target Marker + Fire very bright

Hello! New to the game and I have been disabling the bloom/gloom and editing settings for gamma, contrast and brightness but I feel like the target marker, fire etc still is very bright. Anyone else encountered this or is it my eyes that are butt hurt about it?

Dunno if possible to see picture but here is link - https://ibb.co/MPYx87s

Tried to add but cannot see it myself

Are you talking about spell effects, or like a campfire/torch? If its the latter, i dont know if theres anything you can do. If its the former, you can go into the settings(i believe its in character config) and turn down or off combat effects. It actually lets you do so somewhat selectively(allowing you to prioritize your group but not showing others for instance), but if the effects are hurting your eyes limited or off accross the board may be a good call.

Up to now I have found the effects in the game to be very gentle. Which is a massive relief coming from Guild wars 2. Now those effect will make your eye's bleed.
