    not using the property at all or not having a social/personal use.
    i don't think you need to be at your plot 24/7, but different from other games you are ''taking the spot from someone'' that can use that plot for something. you can see sometimes plots that people didn't put anything on it, and sometimes you get inside it and you can only see a bell and nothing more, i know some people take their time to make their home, but i already saw on my previous ward a house that in months didn't get any furniture at all.
    and theres people looking for houses to live, bring friends up, make a rp place.
