Then don't cry when you're excluded from content.. every content isn't going to made to be able to beat by ANY type of setup.. and you're only hindering your own abilities as a player to be just LNC ONRY!! Cause I would pick someone who can add diversity to a group and not be a liability cause of LNC ONRY.

And I only have so much time. Yes I could learn more by playing more classes but I just dont have the time/desire to do so. My goal in life is not to be a master of ffxiv. I have a lot of interests, so yes I have to limit how far I get in some areas. I'm perfectly happy with that though. I recently picked up arc but I imagine itll stop there. I *might* do monk but i'd rather just learn lnc/arc and gear them accordingly. With a melee class, and a ranged class, its highly unlikely ill ever be excluded from content.

Very true, I'm glad you endorse this notion. I just hope you understand the repercussions of your actions as world 1sts. Being the first ones to beat it and given the higher regard your group is given, people take what you say/post seriously. Now that they have seen that your party build is a certain way, most will be quick to try to mimic it without trying anything else.

I understand that this is not your problem and was not your aim, it is a problem with the community. It's just that people who play jobs not included in your screenshot will have a hard time finding groups within some circles, especially PUGs. This is what I believe most of the class-stacking hate is about. I am fortunate enough to play with a Linkshell that does not require class stacking so as a Monk, I am free to participate in such content. Others are not so fortunate, sad to say.

I am not blaming you or attacking your group in any way, I applaud your efforts. I simply wanted you to know the chain of events that you have set off.

if it's a core flaw with the community - with any mmo endgame community - then we set off nothing actually. it's just the flow of expected events taking shape and then being played out. again let people be sheep if they want to - it's only hurting them in the long run by not thinking for themselves.
