If you are on AVG its best to turn off Ransomware Protections to pictures.
Go to Menu>>Basic Protections>>Ransomware Protection:|||(scroll down now should see a File Type and a checklist of things [Uncheck Picture] This make it so it can have picture or screenshot go into the file you want it to go to without having that error)|||
