suggestions for improving my house

Hi there,

Recently I was able to go from small Fc house to Medium Fc house.
Verry happy I was able to get one

So now I need to step up with the remoddeling of the house, inside and outside ofcourse

I am done but I would really like other people to give me some tips and suggestions to improve.
People form my FC don't really care and I don't see many people roaming around and checking out other people's houses


So feel free to visit the house, leave a comment (or a comment on this topic on the forum) and you are always welcome to just hang around
So let me know what I can do so people feel happy to come around and hang out

People form my FC don't really care

There's not much you can do to make them want to hang out at the FC house if they aren't already doing it. Not everyone has an interest in housing, or they're more interested in hanging out at their own house/apartment if they do. There's nothing wrong with that and trying to force it just makes everyone uncomfortable.

That pretty much leaves it up to you on how you want it decorated. They can't say you didn't give them a chance to offer their input.

I think your general layout works well for a FC house. You've kept the spaces on each floor mostly open so it feels big and placed the things members would want to interact with on the ground floor for convenient access. Personally I would change the top floor just a little so you walk into the open space from near the stairs instead of having to walk down the hallway and double back. I would also turn the lighting level up to 3 (looked like you have it at 1). There's nothing in the design that really benefits from the darkness and lighter interior spaces are more inviting.

That was very nice of you to reply and even check out the house.

I will follow your advice and change the top floor a bit
( I have the light on 1, because it looks nicer for the few lights I put up, but I will change it to 3 and leave it for a week...see if I like it or not..can always set it back to one)

Only 1 two other want to get to lvl 80 1st before they are spending time in the guild house.
The guild isn't big , I made it with 6 irl friends and not all of them are playing the game atm.

So I would like the house to be more use to others, I am thinking of letting people in the guild as guest so they can buy a room and use the room and vendors that are in the guild house
(it's too bad people still need to pay 300k for a room ( I believe )..i rather let people in for free if it was up to me
